1. Customer is responsible for all material that is placed in the container. Only acceptable materials may be placed in the
container. Acceptable material includes municipal solid waste, construction and demolition waste.
a. PROHIBITED ITEMS:
i. Electronic Waste (TV’s, desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, keyboards, mice)
ii. Liquid Waste (if it passes through a paint filter, it’s liquid)
iii. Hazardous Waste as defined in ORS 466.005 (including paint, pesticides, herbicides, asbestos, batteries, etc.)
iv. Infectious medical, or radioactive waste
v. Tires or large appliances (can be accepted if pre-arranged)
b. Prohibited items found in the container will result in charges of $25 or more per item for disposal, plus another $25 per
item for removal.
2. ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL:
a. Oregon DEQ regulates the handling, removal, and disposal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), to protect public health
and the environment.
b. All commercial buildings regardless of construction date, and residential buildings constructed before Jan. 1, 2004,
must have an asbestos survey conducted by an accredited inspector prior to any demolition activities.
c. Any material placed in the container that may be considered suspect for ACM, including but not limited to flooring,
sheetrock, duct work, roofing material, plaster, popcorn ceiling, or anything else that looks like it came from a remodel or
demolition must be accompanied by a signed Waste Acceptance Form.
d. The hauler and/or disposal site may refuse to haul the container or process the material until the customer can provide
documentation proving the load does not include ACM.
e. If ACM is discovered in any load or container, the customer will be charged for any and all cleanup costs resulting from
processing the ACM.

Customer is responsible for the weight of the container. See weight limits above. Heavy or dense materials such as dirt,
concrete, and roofing shingles will overload the box if loaded to water-level. Please consult our team! We are ready to help you
estimate an appropriate load. Overloaded boxes will not be serviced until the weight is acceptable.
4. All material must fit completely inside the container. The box may not be loaded above water-level so that the box can be
tarped for transport. Overloaded boxes will not be serviced until they are water-level.
