If it becomes necessary for Thompson's Sanitary to close and cease service because of extremely inclement weather or other hazardous conditions, customers will be notified.  Information regarding closures will reach customers in the following ways:

1)  When a decision is made to cease service, a prerecorded message reporting the closure will be placed on TSS's central switchboard number, 541-265-7249.

2) TSS will ask that service announcements be made on the following radio stations:
