Transfer Station hours are Mon-Sat 9am-5pm.
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

• $10 Minimum for garbage
• 4.5 cent a pound over 200 pounds
• Bring all your waste rather recyclable or not it’s a one stop depot for all things solid waste

Recycling Center

• All things collected at the curbside program plus Glass and plastic bags. 

E-Waste

• Free for households or small businesses with 10 employees or less
• Bring 7 “unit” to the recycling center and they will be recycled at no charge to you

• 5 Depots in Newport -- City Hall, Rec Center, Senior Center, Library, Fire Dept.
