Residential Service

Moving? When you move from one location to another within our service area, please be sure to notify us in advance so your service can continue without interruption or inconvenience. If you move out of the area, a simple call to the office will terminate service. Outgoing customers will be held responsible for service rendered until notice is given to the TSS office.

Pets? For your own interest it is advisable to secure your pets on pick-up day. An unsecured animal can only hinder service of your container.

Obstacles? It is advisable to park cars, or other vehicles, in such a way that our collectors may have quick, safe access to your refuse containers.

What Goes?/What Stays? Any items that you do not want taken away should be isolated from the collection area. There must be no question about what goes to the landfill. If it's close to the refuse container, it may be mistaken for materials you want removed.

Cart Placement?  Please keep your carts three (3) feet from any obstacle as well as your other refuse/recycling carts.  Carts need to face the street.
